RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

The products purchased in Footplay Philippines are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects only. Here are the guidelines of our Returns and Exchange Policy.
1) All shoes have 7day(s) warranty upon receiving the item.

 

2) You may request for replacement once the product is evaluated and proven to be defective by the management. The customer can provide pictures to help with the investigation.

 

3) The customer should be the one who will return the product and will be refunded together with the replacement shoes.

 

4) We DO NOT REFUND, nor EXCHANGE products due to WRONG SIZE, or CUSTOMER’S PERSONAL ISSUE. The product is considered SOLD, once the payment has been made.

 

For our beloved customers: REST ASSURED THAT WE WILL PROVIDE YOU THE BEST STOCK THAT WE HAVE. I PERSONALLY GET THE STOCKS FROM MY SUPPLIER AND CHECK THE ITEM MYSELF. WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO CHECK YOUR SHOE SIZE CAREFULLY, SINCE WE CANNOT PROVIDE YOU A REPLACEMENT.
