5. IS YOUR SHIPPING FREE?

– YES. YOU CAN AVAIL OF FREE SHIPPING COURTESY OF XEND/ GRABEXPRESS. AN ADDITIONAL OF 300PHP/PAIR IS OPTIONAL FOR OUR CUSTOMERS WHO PREFERRED TO USE LBC.

6. CAN YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?

– YES. HOWEVER, FREIGHT COST AND OTHER DUTIES WILL BE SHOULDERED BY THE BUYER.

7. WHAT IF THE SHOES THAT I BOUGHT DOES NOT FIT WELL WITH MY FOOT, CAN I REPLACE IT WITH OTHER SIZE?

– UNFORTUNATELY NO. WE DO NOT REPLACE SHOES DUE TO WRONG SIZE. WE WILL SOLELY DEPEND ON THE ORDER INFORMATION GIVEN BY OUR CUSTOMERS. REST ASSURED THAT ALL ITEMS ARE CHECKED CAREFULLY BEFORE WE SEND IT TO OUR CUSTOMERS.
